Art Exhibition and Sale at The Geelong Club
Maritime Art Exhibition & Sale 10-12 March
The historic, heritage-listed members’ club, The Geelong Club, is the venue for this inaugural Wooden Boat Festival exhibition and sale.
We are proud to be supporting local and national maritime artists and are honoured to have Jason Smith, CEO and Director of the Geelong Art Gallery, conduct the official opening.
A diverse range of mediums, styles and forms have been especially displayed throughout the Geelong club. Both emerging and established artists are represented in the exhibition with a very high quality of execution and variety of theme. All sales proceeds go to the artists.
The Geelong Club, 74 Brougham St, is just a short walk from the festival site and visitors can relax in the garden after viewing the exhibition and before moving onto other festival activities. Light refreshments can also be purchased from the Geelong Club bar by exhibition attendees.
